You must first become a member of the cooperative. Time Deposit product is offered to members only. To become a member, the following shall be complied :
(1) Attend Pre-membership Education Seminar
(2) Pay Membership Fee Php500
(3) Pay Initial Required Share Capital P1,000.00
(4) Fill -out necessary Forms (membership forms and time deposit placement forms)

The requirements are basic and simple.
(1) Signed Placement Forms
(2) 2 Valid IDs
(3) TIN
(4) Deposit Amount

PERA MPC provides flexible amount and term for time deposit.
(1) Minimum amount of Php10,000;
(2) Flexible Term : 90 days, 180 days, 365days;
(3) Competitive interest : 4%-8%;
(4) For 2 years and 3 years lock in terms, minimum amount is Php500,000

At the depositor's option.

(1) Monthly interest payout with flexible payment options (bank deposit, over the counter, online transfer)
(2) Interest payout at maturity
(3) Add to principal deposit upon roll- over

Note: The monthly interest payout option is available only for deposits exceeding Php100,000.
